Stefano Marzi & Deborah Panini

are two young with emiliane origins and with a great bond for the culinary tradition of their land of Modena, instill them by the very good receipes of their grandmother.

 

 

 

Stefano 

has also origins "Senesi", from the father, and a great passion for the good cooking that he has inherit from the experience of the cooking in the house of Siena, as his grandparents have a bakery and a food shop in Castelnuovo Berardenga (SI). He also knows the technique of Balsamic Vinegar and has more batteries, of which one centenary handed down from his grandfather Carlo. Stefano is responsible of the wine tasting and hall service. 

 

 

Deborah 

Is "Modenese-Emiliana" doc, with strong gastronomic roots: father and mother had a bakery-pastry shop in a country in Modena. She speaks English, German and Spanish. She has the certification of administering food and beverage (SAB), Deborah is responsible of the kitchen.
